convenient location friendly staff good selection small room missing microwave thin wall

the location was convenient. it was an easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet included a good selection of options.

the room was quite small, it felt cramped. there was no microwave in the room. the walls seemed thin as i could hear noise from other rooms.

great location brekkie location stained sheets shower hairs

the location was really great and the brekkie had plenty to eat. the brekkie location was ideal.

the room wasn't what i'd call clean, found some hairs in the shower and a stain on the sheets. it wasn't the end of the world, but it was a bit off-putting and i reminded me of i needed another shower.

small room ineffective air conditioning

the parking situation really annoyed me it was difficult to secure a spot and paying extra felt unfair the room's small size was also a letdown especially since i expected more space. i was pretty frustrated the air conditioning wasn't effective i struggled to sleep well at night. plus the lack of nearby convenience stores was inconvenient i wanted a quick snack.

good selection comfy bed clean room

The breakfast included a good selection. I found the double bed large and comfy. The room was also clean. I enjoyed access to the pool after a day of travelling. The two saunas were a bonus. The hotel provided mini towels in the sauna area.

There was only one towel per person in the room. I found this a slight inconvenience.

The pool was large. I like its temperature. The service provided met my needs, like extra towels. The restaurant downstairs offered delicious food after a long day. Staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted with early check-in.

The room felt a little small, it has one chair shared between two people. This made eating difficult.

The hotel is well placed. Major features are reachable easily. Salamanca Market is a short walk away. Brooke Street Pier is also nearby if you want to catch the Mona ferry, it is very convenient.

great restaurant continental breakfast perfect location

The hotel restaurant offered a continental breakfast. The pool was a bonus. I found the location perfect. I could walk everywhere.

The car park fee was a bit too high.

The pool was very clean. The gym includes three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. A sauna is also present. Four chairs are located near the pool.

The hotel's location makes main areas easily accessible. It is within walking distance. The green stripe lighting on the building made it easy to locate the hotel. This was perfect every time.

amazing pool convenient location

The location has perfection and convenience. i easily park my car in their parking. the pool is amazing. It felt so rejuvenating after a long day.

i found it mildly frustrating that there wasn't conditioner in the bathroom.
